當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間1月20日,特朗普宣誓就任美國第47任總統(tǒng),目前,其就任已有半個(gè)月,已對外宣布加征關(guān)稅政策。自首次執(zhí)政時(shí)起,對外加征關(guān)稅,就是特朗普最為重視也最樂于使用的貿(mào)易政策手段之一。特朗普政府對外加稅,會對國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易秩序產(chǎn)生何種影響?
英國倫敦市經(jīng)濟(jì)與商業(yè)政策署前署長、中國人民大學(xué)重陽金融研究院高級研究員羅思義(John Ross)做客“東西問·中外對話”時(shí)指出,美國對他國實(shí)施加征關(guān)稅政策,背后反映出美國國際競爭力下降的現(xiàn)實(shí)。作為超級大國,美國需要通過貿(mào)易保護(hù)措施,維護(hù)本國利益。
羅思義進(jìn)一步指出,在全球化大潮下,美國如繼續(xù)推行加征關(guān)稅政策,將使得美國民眾負(fù)擔(dān)加深,加劇其國內(nèi)通脹。(薛凌橋 吳辛茹 陳彩霞)

Starting his first tenure, tariffs have always been the trade policy tool that Trump prefers to use. What impacts will Trump’s tariff policies have on the global economic and trade order?
In the latest W.E. Talk, John Ross, former director of Department of Economic and Business Policy of the Mayor London and senior fellow at Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China (RDCY), told China News Network that the U.S. policy of imposing additional tariffs on other countries reflects the less effectiveness of the America's international competitiveness. Therefore, with an aim to keep its role as a superpower, the U.S. needs to safeguard its own national interests through trade protectionism measures.
He further pointed out that the majority of the global countries pursue the path of globalization, and if the Trump administration puts up the tariffs further, the American households will cost more and the inflation situation will get worse in the country. (Xue Lingqiao, Wu Xinru and Chen Caixia)
